Kelvin cleaned 4 area rugs and one sectional sofa for me today. I am so pleased with the results. Everything needed a good refresh after 4 years of life with small children and a cat. There were some faint stains on my sofa, but Kelvin got them all out. Everything looks great! He was on time, professional and courteous, and a hard worker, all for a fair price. I have already recommended him to a few neighbors and we will definitely call him again.

I am so glad the thought crossed my mind to seek outside help to manage my accidental oil spill on my sofa this week. In my Google search, I stumbled upon Kelvin’s company and he most definitely came to my sofa’s rescue. He was professional (and yes I have to mention this because it is no longer the customary), personable, and respectful. He saw the challenge and he made my 4 year old sofa look brand new. I have already solicited his estimate for my area rugs, which like my sofa, have never been professionally cleaned. He is also reasonably priced. I had an amazing experience with this couch cleaning company. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. My couch looks brand new — I honestly didn’t think some of those stains would ever come out, especially with two toddlers climbing all over it every day, but they worked magic! The technician explained everything clearly, treated my home with respect, and took his time making sure every cushion and corner was spotless. The difference is unbelievable — the fabric feels fresher, smells clean, and the whole living room looks brighter. Booking was easy, pricing was fair, and they delivered exactly what they promised (and more). I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs their furniture revived. Kelvin and his brother initially cleaned my stair carpet. My pets had left a stench in the carpet which they took care to eliminate. I just had Kelvin back to clean a chair, 3 sofas and a bench. He did an excellent job and both times his prices were very reasonable.

I am so pleased with the result of Kelvin’s workmanship. He cleaned of my 2-piece sectional sofa, staircase and rug runners, area rug and dining chair cushions. All the water marks and food stains are gone. The rugs look new again, fluffy and bright. Everything looks so clean (IMHO the colors are so much brighter now, is that even possible?!) and smells so fresh. Would definitely recommend. Very happy to be adding a review on here! I worked with Kelvin for the first time today to get my couch cleaned and ready for move in day. I added some before and after pics for context but truthfully, my pets have really done a number on this piece of furniture, now it’s freshly cleaned and pretty much brand new. Service was overall 10/10, super nice, professional, great communication, etc. Excited to add this as another adulting duty.

We originally called stanley Steamer to clean our carpet, couch and kitchen chairs as we had used their services in the past. Stanley Steamer sent a young man with a bad attitude so my wife asked him to leave. After receiving a phone call from her, I looked for someone that was responsible and had a good reputation. I actually didn't know who to call. After reading Kelvins reviews on line, We decided to call KG carpet. I have to say, I was a little nervous at first. I knew that if it didnt work out I wouldnt hear the end of it. I called and expected him to call me later in the day. Instead, Kelvin called me 5 minutes after I placed the call to him. He actually made an appointment for the next morning @ 9:45 am because I informed that we needed it done ASAP. lo and behold, he was actually on time, and even called on the way to our home. Amazing! He looked at the items that we wanted cleaned and told us that he could bring them back to their original condition. He then gave us a fair estimate. We said yes, and he began the work immediately. When he finished 3 or so hours later, we couldnt believe it. We were having the carpet cleaned because we wanted to donate it in a clean condition. It came out like brand new. My wife now wants to keep it. The Couch and kitchen chairs are Showroom clean and there is no chemical odor from any of the pieces that were cleaned. Kelvin did an amazing job and labored non-stop to get it done. Aside from the great workmanship, My wife and I both agree that he is probably the most pleasant , honest person that we have ever had the pleasure to work in our home. Best carpet and upholstery cleaning company I have use by far, they cleaned my velvet couch and oriental rug, my rug smells good and looks good, most contractors don't respect your home, but this guy's are clean, wear shoe covers lay out blankets seal my door to keep the cold out while working in the house, I'm in the construction business and I have never seen a contractor prepared like this to perform their task, I highly recommend KG, thrust worthy on time, I'm beyond happy thanks KG I'll definitely use them again.

KG did a great job! Had about 5 rugs and a beat-up WHITE couch that was really stained and he made it look like new again. He was also a team-player, helping me move the rugs to where he could clean best, and he was courteous and kind. Prompt via phone and knowledgeable. Also great, fair rates! Will be giving them more work to do at our house soon!

Kelvin is wonderful! He is a must-hire. He answered right away and came later in the afternoon to deep clean our couch and rug after our new dogs pooped all over both.
