I don’t leave reviews regularly but I had to this time. I thought I’d try a small business since I’ve had carpets and upholstery done in the past by a big chain that was honestly pointless. Didn’t clean anything. Found KG with a google search and was hoping for that small business care and I’m so glad I was right! KG cleaned my elderly in laws carpet (which once furniture was moved needed A LOT of love). He was nice enough to work with us and schedule the cleaning a bit later than usual to accommodate us. He spent extra time and care and really made the carpet look almost new! He exceeded my expectations! And at such a great price. Have always told friends and plan to use again in the future.

Revived a 30 year old light colored carpet! A fantastic job all around, every step of the way. Kelvin replied to emails immediately (at all hours of the day no less), he showed up on time, thoroughly cleaned the carpet exactly as explained. He is also just a good person, great attitude and easy going. He checked in with me a few days later, I mentioned after the carpet dried there was one section that still had some darkness. Since it was so old and it was right at the front door, I said it still looked amazing all things considered but he insisted on coming back to make another pass and he got it out! That's commitment! He also got out some dark oil drip stains - can't even see where they were. Can't recommend him enough. I have to be honest, when I saw 199/200 reviews were 5 stars, I thought it was too good to be true but seeing is believing. And that ONE 1 star review?! That reflects on that reviewer - not Kelvin. Just check out the other reviews they've written. Ignore the haters and give KG carpet cleaning a call!

We originally called stanley Steamer to clean our carpet, couch and kitchen chairs as we had used their services in the past. Stanley Steamer sent a young man with a bad attitude so my wife asked him to leave. After receiving a phone call from her, I looked for someone that was responsible and had a good reputation. I actually didn't know who to call. After reading Kelvins reviews on line, We decided to call KG carpet. I have to say, I was a little nervous at first. I knew that if it didnt work out I wouldnt hear the end of it. I called and expected him to call me later in the day. Instead, Kelvin called me 5 minutes after I placed the call to him. He actually made an appointment for the next morning @ 9:45 am because I informed that we needed it done ASAP. lo and behold, he was actually on time, and even called on the way to our home. Amazing! He looked at the items that we wanted cleaned and told us that he could bring them back to their original condition. He then gave us a fair estimate. We said yes, and he began the work immediately. When he finished 3 or so hours later, we couldnt believe it. We were having the carpet cleaned because we wanted to donate it in a clean condition. It came out like brand new. My wife now wants to keep it. The Couch and kitchen chairs are Showroom clean and there is no chemical odor from any of the pieces that were cleaned. Kelvin did an amazing job and labored non-stop to get it done. Aside from the great workmanship, My wife and I both agree that he is probably the most pleasant , honest person that we have ever had the pleasure to work in our home. I totally understand why Kelvin consistently is rated 5 stars here on Yelp. He is AWESOME!! I needed to hire an upholstery cleaning service for 8 dining room chairs, one of which had a big unidentifiable stain on it. After looking through business reviews on Yelp, I contacted Kelvin and within minutes received a reply, a quote and confirmed appt within the next few days! He called when he was on his way, arrived ahead of time, assessed the chairs and got to work. Pleasant, professional and thorough. A beautiful job indeed. I am a customer for life. Hire him. Kelvin cleaned my mother's wall to wall carpet and we only have great things to say about him. He moved all of the things that needed to be off the floor, and spent 4 hours on the carpet. My puppy was there for a month, and had a few accidents. The carpets look and smell like there was never a dog in the house. Kelvin is reliable, thorough, and his prices are significantly lower than the larger companies. I highly recommend KG Carpet Cleaner. You won't go wrong!

I highly recommend Kelvin at KG Carpet Cleaning! He cleaned our carpets before we moved into our house in the fall, and then we brought him back to deal with a huge stain in the middle of our hall runner (just a few weeks after moving in, our fully potty trained 3-year-old randomly peed in the middle of the hall ‍ and then I made it 10x larger and worse by trying to clean it myself). I finally called Kelvin and he came over -- more than 2 weeks after the incident at this point, so the stain had nicely settled in. He initially tried something that didn't work, so he came back with another strategy and did some kind of sorcery because now the stain is gone! He's the nicest guy, too. Most impressive was that he followed up with me to see if the stain was better and insisted trying again when I told him it wasn't. Shows so much character.

I highly, highly recommend KG Carpets & Upholstery cleaning. I had 6 area rugs, 1 room of wall to wall carpeting, plus sofa, loveseat, and many chairs cleaned by Kelvin, who is a joy to work with. The work done is impeccable- all items are restored to their original color, which brightens up the house. Extreme care was taken to move furniture and replace to my specifications. The price was very reasonable. Kelvin went above board by showing how to maintain leather furniture. He is honest, personable and just a lovely person.

Kelvin/KG was amazing! He did a great job on our office carpet which was damped and building mold from the hurricane a few weeks ago. He was on time, professional, and responsive. We will definitely use him again.
